Recipe for Spinach Balls
What You Need
2 packages frozen spinach 10 ounce 2 cups herb stuffing mix 2 large chopped onions 6 beaten eggs ¾ cup butter or margarine ½ cup parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon thyme Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Begin preparing this recipe by cooking, draining, and chopping the spinach and then set aside until needed.
Prepare a large baking sheet by lightly coating it with cooking spray and then set aside until needed.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using a large mixing bowl you will add the chopped spinach, herb stuffing mix, chopped onions, eggs, butter or margarine, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all ingredients. Place bowl in the refrigerator to chill for about 1 hour.
